If the agreed date of payment has expired, we recommend that you contact the hotel immediately on +52 985 119 0627 or +52 985 109 8493 in order not to lose your reservation.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master and American Express. We have the payment link and bank deposit, payment by card or cash is made directly at the reception of the hotel.

Can payment be made in person at check-in? If so, what forms of payment are accepted by the hotel?

Yes, guests can pay directly at the cash desk. However, it is necessary that 50% of the total value of the stay is paid in advance. We accept credit cards, debit cards and bank deposit.

What kind of recreational areas does the hotel offer and at what times can they be used?

Our bar is open until 9:00 pm. Restaurant open from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts from 3 pm and check-out is until 11 am. There is no problem to check-in after 3 pm, even in the early morning, as our reception is open 24 hours a day.

Can guests extend their stay, can they leave their luggage at reception and is there a charge for this?

To extend your check-out period or to anticipate your check-in period, please contact reception by telephone. Sometimes this can alter the cost of your stay. If you need to leave your luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out, we have luggage storage available, free of charge.

What meals does the hotel offer, at what times are they available?

We are waiting for you in our Restaurant with the freshest and most varied products, it is open from Monday to Sunday, from 7:30 am to 11 am, and for lunch and dinner from Monday to Sunday, from 12 pm to 8:30 pm.

Is there room service?

For your convenience, room service is available daily until 8:30 pm.

Do you accept pets?

We are very fond of animals! But unfortunately, for various reasons, we can no longer accept them.

Is there a restaurant in the hotel? If not, please suggest places to eat near the hotel:

Would you like to know more about breakfast at the hotel? What time do they start serving breakfast?

Our hotel prepares an appetizing and healthy à la carte breakfast daily with a variety of fruits, coffees and teas. Open every morning from 7:30 am to 11 am.

What do guests need to bring for their stay?

Shampoo, conditioner, soap, pillows, blankets, bathrobes, professional hair dryer and towels are provided in the rooms. We recommend that you bring personal hygiene items such as toothbrush and toothpaste.

Does the hotel have a smoking room and/or smoking area?

Yes, there are certain areas of the hotel, such as terraces and restaurant, where smoking is possible without any problems, smoking is prohibited in the covered common areas and rooms of the hotel, however, you can smoke outside or on balconies!

Does the hotel offer parking for its guests, is it covered, roofed or open?

Parking is open, secure, and free of charge. You are entitled to 1 (one) space per room and there is no need to pre-book, subject to availability. Our parking is exclusively for guests or event participants.

Unfortunately, we do not have parking inside the hotel, but we have an access at the back of the hotel, which is closer to the car park.

Are there swimming pools at the hotel?

We have two pools at the hotel, the first is an outdoor pool located near the restaurant which is open from 9 am to 6 pm and the second is an indoor pool with a whirlpool area located at the back of the hotel, which is open from 9 am to 10 pm free of charge.

Do you offer baby cots for the rooms? If yes, do you?

Unfortunately, we do not have a baby cot, as the hotel is adult oriented.

Do you have rooms with a bathtub and what is the room option with this feature?

Yes, the Deluxe Suite has a bathtub inside the room, with capacity for 2 people. You can also enjoy the terrace of the hotel, which is in the third building where you can enjoy the space with your family and friends.

Does the hotel have a safe in the rooms and are there safes in all types of rooms?

Yes, all our rooms have a safe for free use by our guests.
